Generate audio replies using TTS. Trigger with "read it to me [URL]" to fetch and read content aloud, or "talk to me [topic]" to generate a spoken response. Also responds to "speak", "say it", "voice reply".
This skill does not declare a tool allowlist. The agent host applies whatever default tools are available at runtime.
