2-layer parallel agent hierarchy. Layer 1 deploys 3-50+ agents, each with independent context. Layer 2 adds 2+ sub-agents per member. No upper limit on either layer.
This skill does not declare a tool allowlist. The agent host applies whatever default tools are available at runtime.
