DO NOT TRIGGER when: running Apex tests (use running-apex-tests), generating or fixing Apex code (use generating-apex), or Agentforce session tracing (use observing-agentforce).
This skill does not declare a tool allowlist. The agent host applies whatever default tools are available at runtime.
