Generates interactive HTML reports with quality metrics (PSNR, SSIM) and frame-by-frame visual comparisons. Triggers when users mention "compare videos", "video quality", "compression analysis", "before/after compression", or request quality assessment of compressed videos.
This skill does not declare a tool allowlist. The agent host applies whatever default tools are available at runtime.
